The CARR program needs maintainers who are equally comfortable with armored hardware, robotics diagnostics and ugly field conditions. This role supports deployed CARR units, including drive systems, protected compute, rocket pods, arm-mounted 20 mm systems and swappable 2,000-round ammunition-pack interfaces.
What you’ll do
- Perform fault isolation, field repair and mission-readiness inspections on deployed CARR platforms.
- Coordinate rapid replacement of modular power, sensor, weapon-feed and communications assemblies.
- Train customer maintainers and Seraph support teams on approved reload and recovery procedures.
- Maintain configuration records and secure maintenance logs in communications-degraded environments.
- Escalate recurring failures to engineering with actionable telemetry and hardware evidence.
Minimum qualifications
- 6+ years in military vehicle maintenance, robotics maintenance, heavy electromechanical systems or equivalent field service.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot under time pressure with limited spares and infrastructure.
- Current or obtainable U.S. Secret clearance.
- Ability to work rotational assignments outside the United States.
Preferred qualifications
- Prior armored-vehicle, air-defense, EOD robotics or autonomous ground-system experience.
- Experience with 20 mm-class feed systems, stabilized weapon mounts or field-level ordnance support.
- Military service or prior deployed contractor experience.
Mission environment
This is a forward-support role. Work may occur in austere facilities, temporary shelters and active military logistics areas. Deployment differential and rotational leave are provided.
Compensation & benefits
The estimated U.S. base salary range for this position is $196,000–$258,000 + differential. Actual compensation depends on experience, location, role scope and applicable differentials.
