Argent buys more than actuators, armor and secure compute. This role leads strategic sourcing for facilities services, professional services, enterprise software, travel, office infrastructure and other indirect categories across a global operating footprint.
What you’ll do
- Own category strategies and supplier negotiations across assigned indirect spend.
- Consolidate fragmented demand and reduce total cost without creating operational risk.
- Lead competitive sourcing events and executive supplier reviews.
- Partner with legal, finance, information security and business stakeholders.
- Track supplier performance, concentration and continuity risk.
Minimum qualifications
- 8+ years in procurement, strategic sourcing or supply-chain management.
- Experience negotiating complex enterprise agreements.
- Strong financial analysis and stakeholder-management skills.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in aerospace, defense, technology or another highly regulated enterprise.
- MBA, CPSM or equivalent credential.
- Experience managing global supplier categories above $500M annual spend.
Mission environment
Hybrid corporate role based at Argent Center with limited domestic travel.
Compensation & benefits
The estimated U.S. base salary range for this position is $168,000–$218,000. Actual compensation depends on experience, location, role scope and applicable differentials.
